Ingredients
  Vodka 2 Ounce
  Cranberry juice cocktail 1 Ounce
  Lime 1⁄2 , juice squeezed and peel preserved
  Rock candy syrup 1⁄2 Ounce
  Fresh mint 1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a tall glass filled with cracked ice, fill all the ingredients
2. Fill the glass with chilled club soda and stir around

SERVING
3. Garnish with reserved lime peel and fresh mint before serving
