Mulled Apple Cider

|Apple cider||8 Cup (128 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Light brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Lightly Packed)|
|Cinnamon stick||4 Inch|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine the cider, brown sugar, lemon juice, and nutmeg in a stainless steel or enamel saucepan.
Tie the cinnamon stick and cloves in a cheesecloth bag and place it in the pan.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove the bag of spices.
