Here is a brilliant recipe for preparing fantastic Court Bouillon! I have been using this Court Bouillon recipe for years so there is no way you wont come up with some great Court Bouillon!
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|White wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced|
|Carrot||1 Small, sliced|
Combine the water, wine, onion, carrot, parsley, bay leaf, thyme, and salt in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Strain the court bouillon through a double thickness of cheesecloth.
