Rigatoni Alla Vodka - A delightfully tasty and addictive pasta preparation that you wouldn’t want to miss! I serve the Rigatoni Alla Vodka for my husband on weekends. Try it for yourself!
  Olive oil 2 Ounce
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled and chopped
  Ham/Prosciutto 4 Ounce, chopped
  Heavy cream 6 Ounce
  Red wine 4 Ounce
  Vodka 2 Ounce
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Romano cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Rigatoni 1 Pound, cooked and drained
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chili peppers 1 Teaspoon

Heat oil and butter in a frying pan, and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and ham, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Add cream, wine, vodka, cheeses, salt and pepper, and reduce over medium heat for several minutes.
Toss with cooked pasta, and serve with parsley and chili peppers sprinkled on top.
