Brandy Balls

Ingredients
  Butter 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), softened
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brandy 3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs) (plus 2 tablespoons)
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
Directions

Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Add egg yolk, and mix well.
Combine flour and salt.
Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with brandy, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Stir in pecans.
Chill dough 1 hour.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls, and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let cool slightly, and roll in powdered sugar.
