Cider Ice

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider 1 Quart
Directions

Cook the sugar, lemon juice and water to 240° F.
Chill, add the cider and freeze, using 8 parts ice to 1 part salt.
