Apple Cider Muffins

apple cider muffins are rich and homely bakes that are made with sweet apple cider and apple bits combined with flour along with molasses. It is filled with delcious goodies like raisins, walnuts and a dash of nutmeg. Bake these golden beauties up and watch them dissapear.
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 125 Milliliter
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Sweet apple cider 175 Milliliter
  Apples 2
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Bran 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 15 Milliliter
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)

In a bowl mix together sugar, oil, molasses and egg.
Stir in cider and apples.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour, bran, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
Add apple mixture, stirring just until blended.
Fold in raisins.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
