Hot Buttered Cider
|Heavy whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Confectioner's sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Apple cider||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cranberry||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Syrup of maple||2 Tablespoon|
1 In a bowl, combine the whipping cream with sugar.
2 Using a hand mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
3 In a pan, combine apple cider and cranberry cider.
4 Add in the cloves, cinnamon and a pinch of grated nutmeg.
5 Cook gently, stirring until simmering.
6 Add in the butter and stir.
7 Let simmer for 4-5 minutes.
8 Pour the drink in individual cups and add about an once of bourbon to each serving.
9 Top each serving with whipped cream and serve at once.
