Cider Salmon Ensemble

Nathans healthy Cider-Salon "Ensemble" Check out my video debut!! Location Oxford, the spark of inspiration to poach the salmon in the fruit cider was because I was drinking it!!! Ingredients
  Salmon fillets 4
  Fruit cider 1⁄2 Pint
  Creme fraiche 100 Gram
  Tagliatelle 500 Gram
  Canned chopped tomatoes 200 Gram
  Cherry tomatoes 300
  Red onions 2 Medium
  Peas 200
  Pepper To Taste
  Mushrooms 200
  Sweetcorn 200 Gram
  Thyme To Taste
  Extra virgin olive oil To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Fry the onion, mushroom, yellow pepper, ground pepper and thyme in the olive oil until soft.
2. Add the cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn and tinned tomatoes, simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add the peas after 10 minutes and creme fraiche after 10 minutes, leave to simmer.
4. Pour 1cm of fruit cider into a hot frying pan, add the salmon, season with S&P, cook for 7 minutes per side.
5. Serve the vegetables and salmon with the (cooked) tagliatelli.
