Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Ounce
  Castor sugar 2 Ounce
  Golden syrup 2 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Self-raising flour/Plain flour with baking powder- 1/2 level teaspoon 2 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 350°F degrees

MAKING
2. In a saucepan, place the first 3 ingredeints, and heat it till the fat melts, once fat melted remove the pan form heat
3. Take a strainer and place the next 3 ingredeints, and sieve it thoroughly, then stir it in the saucepan containing the syrup mixture
4. On a well greased baking tray, spoon teaspoons of the mixture, leave spaces in the tray so that the mixture can spread out
5. In the ove, place the first tray only, and bake at 350°F degrees, until the biscuit turn golden brown
6. Once baked, then remove first tray from oven, let it cool for 2 minutes, once tray cools take out the pan
7.On a surface, roll the biscuits, with the greased handle of a wooden spoon, hold a few seconds, till the biscuits are shaped, then put the biscuits on to cooling tray. Follow the same procedure
8. Once baked completely, let it to cool on a wire tray
9. Store in an airtight tin

SERVING
10. Serve with whipped cream
