Hot Buttered Spiked Apple Cider

Ok everyone! Its time to warm up and there’s no better way to warm up than drinking this delicious Hot Buttered Spiked Cider… trust me.
For spiced butter
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened (room temperature)
  Brown sugar 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
For cider
  Apple cider 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Orange peel 1 Large
For serving
  Grand marnier 4 Ounce
  Spiced rum 4 Ounce
  Cinnamon stick 4 Small (Optional)

For spiced butter
1. In a bowl, put together butter, brown sugar and spices.
2. Using a fork, mash and mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

3. In a pan over medium high heat, pour in the apple cider and put in the orange peel, and bring to a simmer.
4. Add in the spiced butter and whisk until all the ingredients are combined.

5. In 4 mugs add about 1 oz of Grand Marnier and 1 oz of Spiced Rum and top it with the Buttered Cider.
6. Garnish a cinnamon stick in each mug and serve hot.
