|Vanilla ice cream||1 Quart|
|Brandy||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Total Yield - About 3 1/2 Cups)|
1. In an electric blender process combining ice cream, brandy and anisette until smooth.
2. Pour into serving glasses, sprinkle cream with nutmeg and serve.
