Ingredients
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Quart
  Brandy 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Anisette 2 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Total Yield - About 3 1/2 Cups)
Directions

MAKING
1. In an electric blender process combining ice cream, brandy and anisette until smooth.

SERVING
2. Pour into serving glasses, sprinkle cream with nutmeg and serve.
