Court Bouillon With White Vinegar

Ingredients
  Water 2
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White vinegar/Tarragon vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Carrots 2 , chopped
  Onion 1 , stuck with 5 cloves
  Dill sprig 1
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Chives 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Chervil 1 Teaspoon
  Whole peppercorns 4
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes,use the mixture immediately or strain in the refrigerater double or triple as needed
2. Vlakes 2 quarts

SERVING
3. Serve with boiled vegetables
