Brandy Cobbler

Ingredients
  Brandy 4 Fluid Ounce (1 Gill)
  Brown curacao 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Lemon peel and juice 1 Dash
  Lemon slices 2
  Ice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), broken (1/2 Tumblerful Plus 1/2 Skaerful)
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a shaker, half fill with broken ice and add Brandy.
2. Add Brown Curacao; shake well.
3. Into a tumbler, fill broken ice until half full and strain drink mixture on top.

SERVING
4. Top with a dash of Lemon Peel Juice and fresh fruit slices.
5. Provide a straw and stirrer.
