Hot Mulled Cider

Ingredients
  Apple cider 1 Quart
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon slices 6
  Whole cloves 12
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 6
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, put together all ingredients except cinnamon sticks.
2. Heat to boil and then simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
3. Remove and discard lemon slices.

SERVING
4. Into 6 mugs, pour the liquid in equal quantity.
5. Pass each mug of Hot Mulled Cider with a cinnamon stick for stirring.
