Zero Hour

Ingredients
  Pernod 2 Dash
  Creme de menthe 3 Dash
  Brandy 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Apricot brandy 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/8 Gill)
  Olive 1
  Cracked ice 8 Ounce (1/2 Shakerful)
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a shaker, half fill with broken ice and add Brandy.
2. Add Apricot Brandy and Creme de Menthe; shake well.

SERVING
3. Into a chilled cocktail glass, strain the drink.
4. Garnish with an olive and top with a couple of dashes of Pernod.
