Ingredients
  Italian vermouth 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/8 Gill)
  Brandy 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/6 Gill)
  Angostura bitters 3 Dash
  Plain syrup 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel juice 2 Dash
  Cherry 1
  Crushed ice 125 Milliliter (1/2 Glass)
Directions

MAKING
1. Fill half the tumbler with broken Ice and add the Angostura Bitters.
2. Then add the Italian Vermouth, the Plain Syrup and the Brandy.
3. Stir up and pass through a strainer into a cocktail glass.

SERVING
4. Serve the fairly strong cocktail with a Cherry and a dash of Lemon Peel Juice on top.
