Bamboo

Ingredients
  Dry sherry 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  French vermouth 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Orange bitters 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel juice 1 Dash
  Crushed ice 125 Milliliter (1/2 Tumblerful)
Directions

MAKING
1) With broke ice, half fill a tumbler and add the Orange Bitters.
2) Add the Dry sherry and French Vermouth and stir well.

SERVING
3) Strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass and serve. Top with a dash of Lemon Peel Juice for added flavor.
