Applejack

Ingredients
  Calvados 1 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Gill)
  Angostura bitters 1 Dash
  Curacao 1 Teaspoon (Brown Variety)
  Crushed ice 125 Milliliter (1/2 Tumblerful)
  Cherry 1
  Lemon peel juice 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) With broken ice, half fill the tumbler and add the Angostura Bitters.
2) Add the Brown Curacao and Calvados and stir well.

SERVING
3) Into a cocktail glass, strain the preparation and top with a single Cherry and a dash of Lemon Peek juice. Serve right away. If preferred, replace Angostura Bitters with Orange Bitters.
