Hot Apple Cider Eggnog
|Apple cider||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , separated|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
Combine cider, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and egg yolks.
Mix in blender until sugar is dissolved.
Add milk to mixture slowly.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Pour milk mixture slowly over egg whites; fold together.
Serve hot topped with whipped cream.
