Picasso Cocktail

Ingredients
  Ice cubes 3
  Pernod 4 Drop
  Red wine 3 Fluid Ounce (3 parts, Burgundy, Claret or Chianti)
  Soda water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a lowball glass, add the ice.
2) To the ice, add the Pernod and rotate the glass to spread it.
3) Pour in the wine and soda water and stir.

SERVING
4) Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
