Vin Blanched Vermouth

Ingredients
  Ice cubes 2
  French dry vermouth 1 Fluid Ounce (1 part)
  Dry white wine 3 Fluid Ounce (3 parts, Blanc-de-Blanc, Chablis, or Hock)
  Fresh lemon rind 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a lowball glass, add the ice.
2) Pour in the vermouth and wine and stir gently.

SERVING
3) Place a lemon rind on the rim of the glass and serve.
