|French dry vermouth||1 Fluid Ounce (1 part)|
|Dry white wine||3 Fluid Ounce (3 parts, Blanc-de-Blanc, Chablis, or Hock)|
|Fresh lemon rind||1|
1) In a lowball glass, add the ice.
2) Pour in the vermouth and wine and stir gently.
3) Place a lemon rind on the rim of the glass and serve.
