Ingredients
  Ice cubes 5
  Orange bitters 3 Drop
  Sugar/Sugar syrup 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pernod 1 Teaspoon
  French dry vermouth 1 Fluid Ounce (1 part)
  Medium dry sherry 3 Fluid Ounce (3 parts)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Chill a martini glass.

MAKING
2) In a glass jug, add the ice.
3) Over the ice, shake in the bitters and add the sugar, Pernod, vermouth and sherry.
4) Briskly stir.
5) Strain out into the martini glass.

SERVING
6) Garnish with half an orange slice and serve.
