Bright Morning

Ingredients
  Ice cubes 5
  Freshly squeezed orange juice/Canned, unsweetened juice 4 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1 Fruit)
  Grenadine 1 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 4 Fluid Ounce (Chablis, Hock Or Muscadet)
  Soda water 2 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1) In a glass jug, add the ice.
2) Add in the orange juice, grenadine and wine.
3) Briskly stir.
4) Without straining pour out into a collins glass.
5) Top with soda water.
6) Stir gently.

SERVING
7) Garnish with a sprig of mint.
