Negus Cup

Ingredients
  Port 1 Bottle (1 l)
  Sugar syrup/Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juice extracted and rind cut up
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 2 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a warmed bowl, add in port, lemon juice and sugar.
2) Add in the lemon rind. Sprinkle grated nutmeg.
3) Stir well.
4) Just before serving add in boiling water. Stir well.

SERVING
5) Serve the Negus Cups in punch cups.
