Ingredients
  Ice cubes 5
  Angostura bitters 3 Drop
  Sugar/Sugar syrup 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Amer picon 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce
  Curacao 1 Fluid Ounce
  Italian sweet vermouth 1 Fluid Ounce
  Whisky 3 Fluid Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1) In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes.
2) Shake bitters over the ice.
3) Stir in sugar, Amer Picon, Curasao, vermouth and whisky.
4) Keep on shaking until a frost forms.
5) Strain the drink.
6) Pour into a lowball glass.

SERVING
7) Serve chill.
