Sazerac With Scotch Whiskey
|Peychaud bitters||2 Drop|
|Lemon rind slice||1 (Fresh)|
1. In a old-fashioned glass, add a cube of sugar, peychaud bitters, Pernod and mix them together spreading along the sides of the glass.
2. Now, add ice cubes and scotch whiskey over the bitters mix. Stir gently.
3. Drop a twisted lemon rind in the glass and serve chilled.
