Soft Apple Cider Cookies

Ingredients
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (Fleishmann'S)
  Apple cider 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg beaters 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Apples 2 Medium, peeled, diced to make 1 1/2 cups
  Almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Cider glaze 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat sugar and margarine until creamy.
Add cider and Egg Beaters; beat until smooth.
With electric mixer at low speed, gradually blend in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Stir in apples and almonds.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets.
Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from sheets; cool on wire racks.
Drizzle with Cider Glaze.
