Ingredients
  Light rum 2 1⁄4 Ounce
  Dark rum 3⁄4 Ounce
  Pineapple juice 1 Ounce
  Sugar syrup 1 Dash
  Shaved ice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In an electric blender, add all the ingredients and blend till smooth
2. Add to a champagne glass

SERVING
3. Float a Vanda orchid on top and serve
