Pineapple With Kirsch

|Kirsch||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Superfine sugar||To Taste|
1.Pare and decore the pineapples.
2.Cut the fruit to make 8 slices.
3.Drizzle kirsch over the slices and refrigerate for atleast an hour.
4.Sprinkle fine sugar on the mixture.
5.Serve Pineapple with kirsch cold in bowls.
