Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Pint (3 Deciliter)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 , rinded and juiced
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon (Leveled), grated
  Grated nutmeg 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Little Required)
  Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
  Cloves 2
  Sugar 6 Ounce
  Castor sugar 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Red wine 750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add water, finely pared lemon rind and juice, grated nutmeg, cinnamon stick, cloves and sugar.
2) Stir to dissolve the sugar and slowly boil.
3) Permeate over low heat for 15 minutes.
4) Strain the liquid and transfer into saucepan with the wine.
5) Reheat without boiling.

SERVING
6) Serve hot in small mugs or heat-resistant glasses.
