Hot Apple Cider

Frugavore's picture
Bev Smith first introduced me to this recipe when I ventured out to visit her farm in Gippsland during the middle of winter. It’s a wonderful combination of honey, apple cider, and nourishing warmth. I recommend it first thing in the morning before breakfast, or last thing at night before you sleep.
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Place 1⁄2 teaspoon apple-cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of honey in each mug. Fill each mug with cold water so that it is half full. Boil a kettle of water and fill both mugs. Stir well and drink immediately.
