Hot Spiced Mulled Cider

Ingredients
  Cider 750 Milliliter (Alcoholic,1 Bottle)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Whole pimentos/Allspice 6
  Whole cloves 6
  Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon, ground (Or As Required)
  Orange 1 , thinly sliced (Or As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 1-litre heat-proof glass bowl, add the cider, brown sugar, pimentos, cloves and cinnamon.
2) Cook uncovered in the microwave for 4-6 minutes or until just bubbly.
3) In 4 warm glasses, strain the mixture, sprinkle each with the nutmeg, then add an orange slice.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately at a winter barbecue or as a party drink.
