Warm Brandied Sauce
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Take a saucepan,in it combine water, sugar and cornstarch,stir well.
2) Cook over moderate-high heat, stir together for 3 to 4 minutes or allow to boil till the mixture slightly thicjkens.
3) Now remove from heat.
4) Add butter, brandy, vanilla and salt to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
5) Warm brandied sauce is ready to be served with any pudding.
