Fresh Pineapple With Kirsch

1. Use a sharp fruit paring knife, cut off rinds and cores from pineapple slices.
2. Arrange them on a serving platter in a circle, slightly overlapping.
3. Sprinkle generously with sugar
4. Drizzle kirsch according to preference.
5. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
6. Serve the fruit chilled.
