Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Apple cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flat leaf parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Vegetable oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, whisk the mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, and chopped parsley together.
2) Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly, until thickened.
3) Adjust the seasonings to taste.

FINALIZING
4) Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Bring to room temperature before using.
