Mulled Cider

Ingredients
  Sweet cider 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Cloves 3
  Cinnamon 2 Inch
  Whole allspices 3
  Brown sugar 2 Ounce
  Red apples 2
  Grated nutmeg 1 Teaspoon (For Decoration)
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a wine bowl add cider, cloves, cinnamon, allspice and sugar, heat until boiling and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Let it stand for 12 hours, strain and reheat.
3. Decorate with cored and sliced apples and nutmeg.

SERVING
4. Serve in heatproof glasses.
