|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Apricot brandy||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Orange bitters||4 Dash|
|Lambrusco||3 1⁄2 Ounce, chilled|
Place the peach slices and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler or leftover arrow from Cupid’s quiver, muddle well.
Fill the shaker halfway full with ice cubes. Add the Calvados, apricot brandy, and orange bitters. Shake well.
Strain the mixture into two flutes. Fill each glass with Lambrusco. Serve immediately.
