|Apple cider||2 Quart|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Unpeeled orange||1 , sliced|
|Whole cloves||1 Teaspoon|
1) In a slow cooker, add the cider, sugar, ginger and orange; in a small cheesecloth bag, tie the cinnamon and cloves and put into the cooker.
2) Cook, covered on LOW for about 2-5 hrs ; remove the cheesecloth bag.
3) Serve immediately or keep hot and serve later from the slow cooker.
