Ingredients
  Mashed roquefort cheese/Blue cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Calvados/Armagnac / applejack / brandy 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Malaxe means mixture, and this one comes from Normandy.
Mix cheese with butter until smooth.
Add liquor.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread on dry toast or on dark breads such as rye or pumpernickel.
