|White wine||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , sliced thinly|
|Spring onions||2 , chopped|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
1. Place all ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil, cover tightly and simmer for 40 minutes. Strain and cool.
2. This aromatic liquor can be used for cooling vegetables, fish and meat of various types.
