Ginger Brandy Cooler

Ingredients
  Apple brandy/Calvados 1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 ml)
  Ginger brandy 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Ounce (15 ml)
  Ginger ale 1⁄2 Ounce (15 ml)
  Preserved ginger pieces 1 (1 chunk)
Directions

Pour the apple brandy, ginger-flavored brandy and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, then strain into a tall glass.
Add a little ginger ale and stir.
Add ice cubes and garnish with preserved ginger.
