|Apple juice/Cider||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In saucepan combine apple juice or cider and sugar; simmer 5 minutes.
Add orange and lemon juices.
Pour into 8x8x2-inch pan; freeze till firm.
Break ice into chunks with spoon; turn into chilled mixer bowl and beat till fluffy.
Return to cold pan.
Freeze till firm again.
Spoon into sherbet dishes.
