Cranberry Cider Jelly
|Apple cider||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cranberry juice cocktail||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Powdered pectin||1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
Pour cider, cranberry juice cocktail and lemon juice into a large saucepot.
Stir in pectin.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Add sugar and return to a rolling boil.
Boil hard 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Skim foam if necessary.
Pour hot into hot sterilized jars, leaving '/4-inch head space.
Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath
