Cider Roasted Squash

Ingredients
  Non-stick cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Peeled seeded winter squash 8 Cup (128 tbs), cut into 1 inch cubes (Such As Butternut Or Acorn)
  Onion 1 Medium, cut into wedges
  Apple juice/Apple cider 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil/Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg/Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Coat a 3-quart rectangular baking dish with | cooking spray.
Add the squash and onion; toss to combine.
In a small bowl combine apple juice, oil, brown sugar, salt, nutmeg, and pepper; pour over vegetables.
Roast vegetables in a 450° oven about 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring twice.
