|Eggs||2 , separated|
|Powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rum||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brandy||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Place egg whites in small mixing bowl. Beat with rotary beater until soft peaks form. Fold in 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Beat egg yolks with remaining sugar until thickened. Fold in beaten egg whites and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Fill four 8-ounce glass mugs 3/4 full of water.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 8 to 9 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir 1 heaping tablespoon batter, 1 1/2 tablespoons rum and 1 1/2 tablespoons brandy into each mug of water. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
