|Apple cider||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In saucepan, combine cider and sugar; simmer 5 minutes.
Add orange and lemon juices.
Pour into 4-cup refrigerator tray.
Freeze until firm.
Break ice into chunks with spoon.
Turn into chilled mixer bowl and beat until fluffy.
Return to refrigerator tray; freeze firm again.
Spoon into sherbets.
