Oven Baked Spareribs With Apple Cider
|Country style pork spareribs||3 Pound, cut into serving pieces, trim off fat|
|Basil leaf||2 Teaspoon|
|Marjoram leaf||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Apple cider||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Place ribs in 2-quart (12 x 7) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 15 minutes. Drain and turn ribs over. Add remaining ingredients. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 25 to 30 minutes or until fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
