Honey Brandy Sauce

Ingredients
  Honey 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 4 Teaspoon
  Brandy 6 Tablespoon
Directions

In a small, heavy saucepan, combine honey, water, and salt.
Bring to a boil and cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in water, and add slowly to the honey mixture.
Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat, add butter, stirring until it is blended into the sauce.
Add the brandy and stir well to combine.
