Apple Cider Raisin Delight
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Apple cider||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apples||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Lemon juice||3 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||1 Teaspoon (low calorie)|
Reserve 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the water.
Combine the remaining 1 cup (250 mL) of water with the apple cider, raisins, apples, Iemonjuice, margarine, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Now combine the reserved 1/2 cup (125 mL) of water with the cornstarch.
Pour into the apple mixture.
Cook and stir until thick.
Transfer to a serving dish.
